With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, Alex brings a rare breadth of knowledge spanning technical support, networking, cybersecurity, software engineering, and electronic warfare avionics. His work has supported clients across the public and private sectors, from large enterprises to non-profits, giving him a versatile, solution-oriented approach to technology challenges.

An Air Force veteran, Alex holds Associate’s degrees in IT Networking and Electrical Engineering Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College. He is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at the University of Arizona—further sharpening his analytical edge. His credentials include Certified Cybersecurity Technician and Security+ certifications, and he is actively pursuing the CISSP to deepen his cybersecurity expertise.

Known for his patience and approachability, Alex makes even the most complex technical issues feel manageable. At Stratafort Consulting, he leads with both precision and pragmatism, helping clients build secure, scalable, and efficient tech foundations.

Amanda is the behind-the-scenes dragon-slayer that keeps Stratafort running smoothly. With a unique blend of technical expertise and creative flair, she supports marketing, project management, and whatever else falls onto her plate. She also has her own niche building websites and setting up booking system software for personal services providers like gym owners and hair stylists.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and an Associate’s degree in IT Networking from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Her diverse background includes technical support, networking, graphic design, marketing, and a wide range of operational roles that make her an indispensable part of the team.

In addition to her work with Stratafort, Amanda is a licensed esthetician and owner of The Fern Grove Spa in Tucson, Arizona. She also serves as the administrator for the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce, supporting inclusive businesses across the region. Whether she’s streamlining backend systems or designing marketing collateral, Amanda brings the noise and the funk to a traditionally stuffy industry- proving that operations can have a personality.
